After a strong showing at the OWHA Summer Games, Claire Hicks was one of four goalies in her birth year and 22 players who was extended an invite to participate in the Fueling the Future Invitational Camp Presented by Gatorade and the Toronto Maple Leafs. Hicks posted a 0.955 save percentage, only allowing 3 goals on 66 shots over 2.5 games with her team. Hicks and her team brought home Silver from the summer games.
